After navigating divorce, cancer, and corporate burnout—and the emotional aftermath that followed—I was forced to pause, rebuild, and rediscover who I truly was. Through that process, I reclaimed my power, embraced healing practices, reconnected with my intuition, and learned how to open my heart to life and love again.

Now, I help other women do the same. Sometimes life breaks us open so we can rebuild something better.

Through coaching, yoga, and nervous system focused practices, I offer compassionate guidance and practical tools to help you reconnect with your inner strength, find balance, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Before stepping into this work, I spent over 13 years in leadership roles in the fashion industry. I understand the pressure of high expectations, long hours, and the feeling that you always have to hold everything together. My work is about helping you create space for yourself again, so you can find a rhythm between ambition, wellbeing, and authentic living.
