​The Yearly Check-Up (Single Session)
Just like we schedule annual physicals to care for our bodies, this is your emotional and energetic check-in. It's an opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign. Whether you’re craving clarity, support through a shift, or simply want to reconnect with your intentions, this one-off session offers a powerful reset. (90 minutes)

Coaching Packages
Each package is designed to support your growth over time, with space to shift, integrate, and expand. After initial 90 minute session, sessions are 60 minutes and continue to be fully personalized to your journey.
4-Session Package
A solid container for short-term support or an introduction to coaching. These sessions can be guided through the four cornerstones of life coaching or kept freeform to meet whatever’s present.
6-Session Package
A supportive middle ground. This package offers a mix of structured guidance and intuitive flow. This option is great for shifting patterns, working through a transition, or deepening self-trust.
8-Session Package
A deeper dive into your personal evolution. With more time together, we can explore layered goals and recurring themes with both consistency and flexibility.
10-Session Package
A full arc of transformation. This journey supports long-term change and integration, blending structured coaching with intuitive support and spacious reflection. Ideal for those craving depth, direction, and sustainable alignment.

All sessions are virtual and can be scheduled individually or bundled for deeper support.

A quick and intentional check-in. Perfect for breathwork, meditation, or resetting your day. -
30 minutes
A focused session for mindful movement, visualization, or grounding breath practices. -
60 minutes
A full-length personalized class or practice: yoga, meditation, or a blend. Includes optional journaling prompts. -
90 minutes
An immersive mind-body experience with more time to flow, reflect, and integrate.
